Personally I have found this to be a wonderful therapy to give and to receive. It is relaxing, grounding and stabilizing. It has been especially beneficial in helping people integrate the intense energy shifts we have been experiencing this past year. As an energy practitioner and teacher it is a necessary and often used tool in my toolbox. As an energy worker, the more grounded you are the more energy you can channel, thereby raising your frequency and helping to shorten healing time in yourself and others.

More about Axiatonal Re-Alignment:

This therapy helps regenerate and reharmonize our mental, emotional and spiritual energy bodies allowing them to work in harmony with one another. Axiatonal lines are along acupuncture meridians and feed into spin points that lie near the surface of the skin. Spin points are small vortices of energy that regulate the molecules and cells of the body. When they are spinning in an appropriate manner they create a grid for cellular regeneration. When this happens the axiatonal energy is able to recharge the bodies, and clear negative emotional and mental patterns.
This process results in reduced stress, internal calmness, and emotional balance. This is a very relaxing and grounding therapy. It is especially useful for those who feel off balanced or confused about their lives and the direction they are headed. Axiatonal Re-Alignment provides a deeper conection to the authenitc self and all of life.

Newsletter Coming Soon I Promise

I know..I know...the newsletter is very very late. I taught Level 1 & 2 Reiki this weekend. Fabulous classes, really enjoyed them and thank you to the students who attended. I hope you are practicing!!
So next week my focus is to finish the newsletter in my 'spare' time. (spare is in quotations because I never have spare time-I have to make time) If anyone figures out how to stop time and freeze it like in a Heros episode, please share with me how. : )
Of course it never helps to get sucked into another social app. I have a profile on Linked In but & find it boring as all get out. My facebook profile is dusty from months of neglect..and my friends think I have fallen off the planet. Right now my new favorite place to hang out is Twitter. 40 characters or less...it is the most fun a busy person can have. If you end up on there let me know so I can 'follow' you. It was created just to let people know what you are doing. I know..who really cares what people are doing? Well the sheer speed information is shared via Twitter is astounding. You can get information and updates from all of your favorite authors, teachers, celebrities, comedians, and colleagues. Even president Obama is on there for goodness sake. I'm personally following Lance Armstrong to keep my cyclist husband up to speed on the training for the tour. So check it out. It is fun, and educational, with a little bit of nonsense for good measure.
And we all know laughter is good for the soul. 'Too serious' types end up pickled in their own juices. So have some fun this coming week and find something to make you laugh a big belly laugh every day.

NEW Crystals Have Arrived!!

Wowee what a week. We have tonnes of new crystals in for sale at the centre and the energy of them is so high they are making the place buzz. Right now as I write this my energy is just humming, as I have around 15 apophyllites here on the desk that I am labelling.
Some of the new arrivals are some large Brazilian Quartz points, some raw clusters of Apophyllite, Stillbite, Heulandite, Gyrolite, Prehnite, Amethyst Cathedrals, Brazilian Singing Quartz, Brazilian Quartz Pyramids, Angelite(raw and tumbled), Shiva Linghams, and much more! So come on by when you get a chance, to see or rather 'feel' the new arrivals.

I just made lots of recent website updates. I am attempting to streamline the site and make the navigation bar less long, so don't worry, it looks like it is gone, but everything is still there! There is actually more information on the site as there are subheadings now. So some pages may not be fully edited yet but be patient..it is going to be much much better!
Now I'm off to a Christmas party. I just dug us out of the mountain of snow. I hope it stays! If we get enough does anyone want to come over to make snowmen? We can have Hot chocolate after!

Another Late Night

Wow this blog is getting dusty from neglect. I tried to get the other girls on here to no avail. I'm still holding out hope that they will join in, so there will be not just my 'voice' rambling on..and on..and on. : ) I decided to stay a bit late after teaching yoga to update the site..3 hours later I'm still here. I am trying to learn code to add an RSS feed to the site..LOL...maybe I'll figure that out over the holidays.
